Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, consumers have the right to a 15 day "cooling off" period. Business Store will accept goods for a refund if notified in writing within 15 days of receipt of delivery, provided the goods are in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken.
A Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number will be sent via email and this should be clearly marked on the outside of the parcel before returning. This will speed up the process of your return. These instructions must be carried out in full; otherwise goods will be refused. Goods are to be returned at the consumers cost and are to be sent via FeDeX Service which obtains a signature upon delivery as Business Store cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at Business Store .
After the 15 day cooling off period, goods being returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restocking charge.
Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.
After the 15 day cooling off period, goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the Buyer will incur a handling and restocking charge. This charge is calculated as either an amount of $10.00 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the amount value (whichever is the greate). The handling and restocking charge will be deducted from the value of the credit note. Acceptance of returns due to Buyer error will be at the discretion of Business Store .
